To access the general files of your office, you must first link the office folder. Follow the instructions below to do this.
Open the or go directly to the through the invitation in the email.
Click on the left side on "Documents" to access the files.
You can now link this in two ways: you can sync it so that it appears as a separate folder inside it, or you can create a shortcut in your OneDrive and access it through the OneDrive button.
Click on the "Sync" button on the SharePoint page.
You will receive a pop-up to give permission to open the link with OneDrive. Click on "Open Microsoft OneDrive."
The office folders are now linked in your Explorer under "COMPANY."
Click on the "Add shortcut to OneDrive" button.
A shortcut is now being added to your OneDrive folder.
Open File Explorer and navigate to your OneDrive folder to view the office folders.
