Do you get the error message below?
Then you can try the following to resolve this.
Restart your computer and try again.
Download the installation file again and try it once more.
Did that not help? Then you can try installing a different version of the VPN. Below you will find instructions on how to do this.
Install the VPN-software.
Log in to the VPN portal and download your autologin profile.
Import the profile you just downloaded.
Right-click on the computer icon with a padlock icon at the bottom of your taskbar.
Select "Import" and then "Import file...".
Find the profile file you downloaded in step 3 and click "Open" to import it.
Right-click on the computer icon with a lock symbol at the bottom of your taskbar.
Hover your mouse over your profile name and then click on 'Connect'.
You are now connected and can use the new portal environment.
