# Installation

Log in with your new Microsoft credentials and not with your old login details!

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it through portal.office.com. Please note that this will only work if you have set up a recovery email.

Choose your operating system below and follow the steps.

1. Open the VPN portal.

2. Log in with your email address and password.<br>

3. To install the software correctly, it is important to download the appropriate installation file that is compatible with your computer.<br>

4. Wait until the download is complete and then open it (the exact procedure may vary slightly depending on the browser).\

5. Install the VPN client by selecting "I accept the agreement" and then clicking "Next".\

6. You can choose to create a shortcut on your desktop. Then click "Next".\

7. Now click "Install" to start the installation.\

8. Click "Finish" to close the window.<br>
